Heritage Building Assessment/Condition Grant Program
What is it?
- A City of London program that assists property owners in the Old East Village Commercial Corridor Revitalization area with funds to provide expert heritage/building assessments related to conservation and restoration of heritage features
- Qualifying property owners may be eligible for a one-time grant up to a maximum of $5,000 or half (50%) of the value of the eligible costs of the heritage consultation.
What buildings are eligible?
- All designated Part IV Heritage buildings and Priority 1 and 2 listed properties located directly on the Dundas St. Commercial Corridor from Adelaide St. to Charlotte St.
Eligible building assessment studies may include:
- Expert restoration and building assessment studies that determine the extent of any engineering, restoration, or conservation work
