Non-Street Front Façade Improvement Loan Program
What is it?
- A City of London program that assists property owners in the Old East Village Commercial Corridor Revitalization area to improve the non-street front façade of buildings occupied by a targeted or non-targeted ground floor use.
- Qualifying property owners may be eligible for a ten-year, interest-free loan up to a maximum of $25,000 or half (50%) of the value of the eligible non-street front façade improvements proposed.
Eligible Non-Street Front Façade Improvements may include:
- Repainting
- Repointing masonry or brick
- Window repair and restoration
- Removal of inappropriate signage or cladding
- Professional fees
