Tax Holiday Grant Program
What is it?
- A program to provide a financial incentive to property owners to lease ground floor space to targeted users
- The City of London may provide a grant for a portion of the municipal property taxes paid calculated as a percentage of the total building area actively occupied by a ground level targeted use.
What buildings are eligible?
- All buildings located directly on the Dundas St. Commercial Corridor from Adelaide St. to Charlotte St. occupied by a targeted ground floor use
