The Local Libro Dough Program
Libro Credit Union and the Old East Village Business Improvement Area are excited to launch a new program designed to encourage people to support local BIA businesses! Local Libro Dough are dollars ($10 and $20 denominations) that can be spent at participating businesses between February 14th and April 30th.
The Local Libro Dough can be spent by customers like cash at participating businesses. The Local Libro Dough will be 100% reimbursed by Libro for the total cash amount, similarly to the Core Area Construction Dollars Program.
The dollars will be distributed through 4 Cash Mobs at local businesses. Customers visit the business on the Cash Mob day, make a purchase and then receive an envelope with Local Libro Dough inside. Every envelope includes a minimum $20 up to a maximum of $100.
