What is Shop to Win?
Shop to Win is a contest draw created by the Old East Village BIA to encourage shoppers to visit local OEV businesses! To enter the draw, you must visit one of the participating businesses listed below and fill out a ballot in their store. The Old East Village BIA will then pool all of the ballots together and select TWO winners; one on November 2nd and the other on December 1st 2020.
Each winner will be given $500 Core Area Construction Dollars to spend at participating businesses!
For the chance to win $500 Construction Dollars:
